This website is owned and maintained by Ecoville ArchiTechs, an architectural firm specializing in straw bale house design and other natural building methods. Ecoville ArchiTechs was founded in the mid 90’s by Architect Howard Switzer and Permaculturist Katey Culver with a mission to educate people about green building and encourage aspiring home owners to build their own house. Green building has come a long way over the last few years and the duo still maintain their belief that building with natural materials (ie: earth and straw) is the best way to build.

This site is a work in progress. It will be an exhibit of natural homes and a place for people to get expert consulting and custom designs.
